Refund Policy

• 7-day free trial on the Yearly plan — cancel before it ends and you are never charged.
• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase — no questions asked.
• Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund. If you do nothing, the trial converts to a paid Yearly subscription — we email you 3 days before that happens, and the exact amount and date are shown on the payment screen when you start.

If Axiom IELTS isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we’ll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on any plan: Monthly ($4.99), Yearly ($34.99) or Lifetime ($79.99).

Email osimsadulloev375@gmail.com from (or mentioning) the email address on your account, and tell us:

1. 1The email address linked to your Axiom account.
2. 2Which plan you bought (Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime).
3. 3A one-line reason, if you’d like — it helps us improve, but it’s optional.

We reply within 24 hours, in English or Russian. You can also start a refund directly from the receipt email sent by our payment provider.

Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record (currently Paddle). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We process the refund promptly on our side; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — often a few business days.
