Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a contract between you and Axiom IELTS (“Axiom”, “we”, “us”). They cover our website, our web checkout, and our mobile app (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Axiom.

Axiom is an independent IELTS practice tool. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by IELTS, IDP, the British Council, or Cambridge Assessment English. “IELTS” is used only to describe the exam Axiom helps you practise for.

The legal entity behind Axiom is [legal entity + address — add before launch].

You must be at least 16 years old — or the age of digital consent in your country, if that’s higher — to use Axiom. By using the Service, you confirm you meet that requirement and that you can enter into this agreement.

You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google — there’s no password to remember. That means your mailbox or Google account is your key to Axiom, so keep it secure. Anyone who can open your email or Google account can get into your Axiom account.

• One account is for one person — don’t share your login.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account.

Axiom is for your personal IELTS study. That’s it. To keep it working and fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Resell, rent, or share your access with anyone else.
• Scrape the Service or extract content in bulk, by hand or with automated tools.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract our models or source.
• Use the examiner to mass-produce content for third parties.
• Upload anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
• Attempt to break our security, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Service.

Axiom gives you AI-generated feedback: a Speaking and Writing examiner, band predictions, mistake review, and study tools. It’s built to help you practise and improve — but it is guidance, not an official verdict.

Every feature is in every plan — plans differ only by billing length. There’s one fair global price for everyone: no promo codes, no region-gating, no hidden fees.

Billing is handled by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record (currently Paddle), which processes your payment and any applicable tax. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

The 7-day free trial on the Yearly plan converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. We remind you 3 days before it converts, and the exact amount and date are shown on the payment screen when you start.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the Axiom IELTS product — one payment, access for as long as Axiom operates, with no recurring fees. It doesn’t mean your personal lifetime, and it can’t outlast the product itself.

The app, the examiner models, the design, and the copy belong to Axiom IELTS or its licensors. These terms don’t give you any ownership of them — just the right to use the Service for personal study while you have an active account.

You keep ownership of the practice content you submit — your essays and recordings are yours. You grant Axiom a limited licence to process that content only to provide and improve the grading service, including sending it to our AI providers to generate your feedback. We don’t sell your practice content, and we don’t use it for anything outside making Axiom work for you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your exam result. As above: AI feedback and band predictions are practice guidance, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law — for example, for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. You can stop using Axiom and delete your account at any time. If you paid for a period, cancelling still leaves you access until that period ends (see the Refund Policy for money-back details).

Sections that should outlast the account — intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive termination.

We may update these terms as Axiom evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll post the updated terms and update the date. If you keep using Axiom after that, it means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the law of [governing-law country — set before launch]. If something goes wrong, please email us first at osimsadulloev375@gmail.com — most things are faster to fix informally. If we can’t sort it out, the courts of [jurisdiction — set before launch] have jurisdiction.

If you’re a consumer, you keep any local rights that can’t be waived — nothing here takes those away.
